What You'll Do
- Design electrical systems for green building projects pursuing LEED, EDGE, and other sustainability certifications
- Specify energy-efficient lighting, power distribution, and building electrical infrastructure
- Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and sustainability consultants on integrated design
- Support energy modeling efforts with electrical load calculations and equipment specifications
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for client deliverables
- Contribute to LEED credit documentation for energy and indoor environmental quality categories
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome)
- PEC registration (or eligibility to register within 6 months of joining)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Pakistan-based or willing to relocate to Lahore
Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory)
- Coursework or project experience in energy-efficient building systems
- Familiarity with LEED, EDGE, or other green building rating systems
- Experience with one or more of: Revit MEP, Dialux, EnergyPlus, eQUEST, IES VE
- Final year project, thesis, or internship related to building energy systems
- Portfolio of academic or professional projects
