Our portfolio spans industrial facilities, corporate offices, educational institutions, government buildings, healthcare, hospitality, and international development projects. Every project is third-party certified under LEED (administered by GBCI/USGBC) or EDGE (administered by IFC), with documented performance outcomes rather than design aspirations.

Third-party certification means an independent body, GBCI for LEED, IFC for EDGE, has reviewed the building's documentation, verified performance against published rating system requirements, and issued a formal certificate. This removes self-reporting bias and gives owners, tenants, lenders, and regulators independently verified evidence of sustainability performance.

LEED uses a 110-point scale across categories like energy, water, materials, and indoor environmental quality. Certified is 40–49 points, Silver is 50–59, Gold is 60–79, and Platinum is 80+. A higher tier reflects deeper integration of sustainability strategies and stronger verified performance, but every certification level represents a meaningful, audited commitment.

Yes. Each project page includes the certification level, point score where available, sector, location, year completed, and a summary of key sustainability strategies. For LEED projects, the public USGBC project record is linked directly so external scorecards and credit-level details can be verified independently.

Every published project has reached a verified certification milestone, either fully certified, or registered with documented design-stage performance, and the client has approved public listing. Projects under NDA or in early documentation phases are excluded. An editorial priority order controls how projects are displayed across the portfolio.
