The facility scored 28 out of 35 points in Energy & Atmosphere, reflecting advanced energy management practices including ASHRAE-compliant energy audits and best management protocols. Water performance earned 14 out of 15 possible points, demonstrating industry-leading water conservation during the 12-month performance period. Indoor Environmental Quality scored 18 out of 22, with verified air quality monitoring, green cleaning programs, and environmental tobacco smoke controls creating healthy working conditions for the facility's workforce.
