As a 30,964 sq.ft. commercial interiors fit-out for one of the world's largest multinational FMCG corporations, this project demonstrates SIDEworks' capacity to deliver high-performance corporate environments within tenant improvement scopes, where the certification boundary encompasses interior systems, finishes, and operational practices rather than base building infrastructure.
Water efficiency was the standout performance category, achieving a perfect 12 out of 12 points, every available water credit earned. Indoor water use reduction reached 50.55% beyond baseline requirements at certification through specification of ultra-efficient fixtures and fittings. Location and transportation performance scored 16 out of 18, reflecting strategic site selection with access to 367 weekday transit trips and proximity to diverse urban amenities.
The project earned all four Regional Priority Credits and both Integrative Process points, reflecting SIDEworks' strategic credit planning methodology. Enhanced commissioning scored 4 out of 5, with a LEED O+M Starter Kit implemented to bridge the transition from construction to ongoing operations.
